We have upgraded our mobile banking app and online banking site. We migrated to a new omnichannel digital banking platform. Our former online banking site will no longer be available after this spring, so an upgrade was necessary. But we are pleased that the new platform offers enhanced security and improved functionality. It also provides the same look and feel regardless of whether you view it on your phone or computer.

Two-Factor Authentication
For added security, you will be required to add 2-factor authentication to your account. Please note that it will default to texting the verification code to the mobile phone number we have on file at TrueCore. If you are unable to receive text (SMS) messages, you can choose to receive your access code via a phone call. Read more about 2-factor authentication here.
